Ethical
Pushing through the program makes me realize two things, one, with business there are times where a choice has to be made, the choice will implicate many different individuals, some might be treated differently and some might work as a cog in the system, running constantly, without rest, and when it malfunction, put some cog oil into the system or if it became overused, replace it with another cog of the same shape. Second, when we produce a system that relies on such cog usage, and we realize the implication and effects that these cogs will have, should we continue to persevere with such a system. If these cogs are willing, a willing buyer, and a seller that is just meeting the demand, who is to be the fault?
The ethical issue remains deep, entrepreneurs venture out to create different models that remain until these days. The models work because they are people who want something, and they have the need for it, therefore the seller offers and provides such service and businesses. Yet, as a seller, we know that what predicament are these cogs landing themselves into, ethically, should we have warned them before they take such action? Yet, with warning, comes another issue of business survival.
As we venture forward, there are different dilemmas that we will encounter and experience, even if these choices are difficult to make, it is better that we understand and know about the predicament, instead of being an ignorant business owner. If we know, we have a choice, if we do not know, we do not have a choice.
