The previous week marks the near end of the veni program. We ended with Dr Lin lecturing on the know how’s of fundraising. The lecture allow us to understand the persona of the investors and what do they want from a start up or people who they are choosing to invest in. All of the knowledge, all in all comes back go one important point of knowing what the customers want, in this case the investors are the “customers" that you want to sway. It’s all about meeting the needs or creating the needs that your counterparty perceived as a need. The key concept remains the same and the focus and core remains. The foundation build on the veni programs will last a life time. Every job and every agenda relies on someone’s need and demand and when such a thing is resolved then the problem will no longer exist and what hurdle was originally in front will vanish as well. 溫故知新 as the Chinese old saying goes.
